About Uniform EnCounters

Uniform EnCounters is a spin-off from a popular feature on Susan Katz Keating's main national security blog. The series started out on the other site as a way to highlight our men and women in uniform. Thanks to high reader interest, the series now merits its own blog with an added purpose: raising both awareness and funds to benefit our uniformed troops. We're low key and informal, collecting funds and passing them on to the Big Kids who know what they're doing. We're not trying to raise a million bucks, but we'll be happy if we do.
